Winter is nature's way of encouraging us to slow down, embrace the more quiet moments and move our mind towards more stillness; the perfect moment to retreat.
The weekend is the perfect opportunity to unwind and relax in beautiful surroundings.
You will be restored with healthy, nourishing food and renewed by energising yoga flow classes as well calming and deeper relaxation practices such as yin & Restorative Yoga, meditation sessions, Yoga Nidra and Pranayama exploration.
Bore Place is a beautiful and historic venue. Set within a 500-acre estate, the grounds include a kitchen garden, ancient woodlands and a wide selection of characterful and comfortable accommodation. The estate runs as a charity, specialising in regenerative farming and land management, and is committed to restoring biodiversity to the area as well as providing a beautiful setting for people to connect with nature. Rooms are comfortable and cosy, and there’s plenty of space to gather around a fire (indoors and outside – weather permitting).
This is a weekend dedicated to recharging and resetting, so there will be lots of time and space within the schedule for resting, reading, journaling, chatting
or just enjoying the beautiful surroundings and being away from the hectic pace of daily life.
