After a wonderful and sold-out retreat last year, we are delighted to be returning to the same beautiful site for another deeply nourishing weekend away.

Join us at the stunning hilltop location of Holmsted Himalayas in Cuckfield, overlooking ancient woodland in the heart of West Sussex.

Accommodation includes 10 fully furnished bell tents, as well as plenty of space to pitch your own tent or bring a campervan. The campsite is beautifully maintained, with hot showers, flushing loos, and a welcoming communal space at its heart for socialising and relaxing.

This weekend is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with nature, and truly unwind. You’ll be nourished with healthy, delicious food and revitalised through a balanced programme of yoga practices, including:

  • Energising Yoga Flow

  • Yin & Restorative Yoga

  • Meditation & Yoga Nidra

  • Pranayama (breathwork) exploration

A highlight of the site is the wild swimming lake, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip or take part in paddle boarding and SUP Yoga sessions.

Evenings are relaxed and atmospheric, with optional activities such as gathering around the fire, a drumming circle, sound bath, or simply enjoying some quiet time under the stars.

This retreat is dedicated to recharging and resetting, with plenty of free time built into the schedule for resting, reading, journaling, chatting, or simply soaking up the beauty of this special place, far away from the demands of everyday life.
